How The Collective Works


Step 1: Join as a Partner Member

Becoming a Partner Member is your first step — but what exactly are you signing up for?

For $100/month, you’ll receive:

  • High-quality photos edited and delivered within 3 days

  • High-quality, ready-to-use videos delivered within 24 hours

  • A creative team that doesn’t just “show up and shoot,” but shows up to understand your business and build content that actually supports your goals

Once you’re in the Collective, we move into alignment — making sure everything we create together reflects your real brand and the future you’re building.

Step 2: Alignment

You’ve signed up — now what?

We start with a simple onboarding form that helps us understand:

  • your business values

  • your goals and dreams

  • what types of visuals inspire you

  • what’s worked (and hasn’t) with past photographers or videographers

From there, we create a custom mood board, shot list, and session plan for your first shoot — and every shoot that follows.

Together, we’ll co-create:

  • session themes

  • model needs

  • optimal shoot time + lighting

  • audio or interview requirements

  • the overall vibe you want your brand to embody

This ensures every session is strategic, intentional, and tailored to your business.

Step 3: Book Your First Session

Once your plan is set, you’ll get access to our online booking calendar.

You can:

  • schedule sessions whenever works for you

  • book all four sessions for the year at once

  • or grab last-minute spots when the calendar allows

  • reschedule easily if life or business gets busy

We built this process to be flexible, streamlined, and stress-free — because content shouldn’t add to your workload.

Step 4: Receive + Use Your Ready-to-Go Content

After each session, you’ll receive polished, ready-to-use content that you can plug directly into:

  • social media

  • newsletters

  • print materials

  • website updates

  • and anywhere else your brand shows up

You have usage rights to every asset for 24 months, giving you two full years of marketing material from just 8 hours of shooting.

  • The Partner Membership is a 12-month commitment. This gives us the ability to create consistent, seasonal, and strategic content that evolves with your business throughout the year. We grow every session learning what worked, what didn’t allowing us the freedom to get creative together.

  • Each session produces a curated gallery of high-quality photos and multiple ready-to-use vertical videos. The exact number varies by session type, goals, and location — but every session provides enough content to support your social media, website, and marketing needs for upto 3 months.

  • We support small-but-mighty businesses in wellness, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, services, agriculture, cafés, and community-driven industries. If you’re local, growing, and want content that reflects your real personality — you’re a perfect fit.

  • Absolutely. Most of our members are not models or content creators. We guide you through posing, styling, and storytelling to make the experience comfortable, natural, and fun.

  • Yes — we travel throughout Collingwood, South Georgian Bay, and surrounding communities. If you're outside our standard radius, we’ll always let you know in advance if a small travel fee applies.

  • Absolutely. Our approach is relaxed, supportive, and focused on capturing the real you — not stiff, overly posed images. Most members start camera-shy and end up loving their photos.

  • Sessions can be at your business, on-location outdoors, at events, or in spaces that fit your brand aesthetic. We’ll help you choose the best location for each session.

  • We have a suite of services to offer you, with the partner membership being the introduction to our team.

  • Yes! Bring anyone who helps tell your brand story — team members, regular customers, friends, family, or hired models. We’ll help plan who makes sense based on your goals.

  • We understand life gets busy. You can reschedule easily through our online calendar — we just ask for as much notice as possible to keep the schedule running smoothly for the Collective.

  • • Videos: delivered within 24 hours
    • Photos: delivered within 3 days
    We’re committed to quick turnaround times so you can keep your marketing consistent and stress-free.

  • Yes. You have full usage rights to every asset for 24 months from the date of creation. If you’d like to extend your usage up to 36 months, you can purchase a renewal for $474 + tax or continue your membership for new content every quarter.

  • Definitely. Members can book extra sessions anytime for seasonal updates, events, product launches, or additional storytelling needs. Our coverage begins at $174/hr for our partner members and $274/hr for non members.

  • Wear something that feels like “you,” reflects your brand, and fits the moodboard. Bring any props, tools, products, or items that represent your business. We’ll guide you on aesthetic and styling during planning.

  • Yes. Your content is delivered at a quality suitable for social media, websites, print materials, and digital advertising. When posting online, please tag @townandcountycollective.

  • No problem — most small business owners feel this way. That’s why we bring creative direction, ideas, and strategy. You show up — we guide the rest.

  • Instead of a one-off photoshoot, you get year-round content, fast turnaround times, ongoing creative direction, flexible booking, community support, and seasonal alignment — at a price designed for small businesses. You're not just hiring a photographer; you’re gaining a creative partner.

  • Any existing members will have their existing rate locked in until renewal time. After your initial 12 months expire, you can renew at the current rate. We do not expect to increase the rate beyond this amount.
